Location: PTSC's Port, Vung Tau City, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province.

Scope of Work:
PMS provided manpower, equipments for diving inspection and welding holes on Lewek Penguin's hull.

Details:
July - 08 - 2015: Divers survey oil tank No.1 's outside at port side (fr. 70 – 76) ,they find many dents and scratchs, some of them deeps into the shell. There are two holes and the tanks was flooded.
PMS's diver used two plates and some rubber pads for temporary closing the holes, make ensure water does not spill into the tank anymore.
July - 15 - 2015: Divers survey the plates again, and cleaning around them before welding.
-      First hole: 13cm long, 10cm width.
-      Second hole: 5cm long, 3cm width.
After that, they welding closing the holes.
The holes were sealed but we suggested the partner go on welding more inside for highest safety.
